Initial Consultation
90 minutes + 45 minutes follow up to go through tailored treatment plan

This initial consultation is split into 2 consults; a 90 minute consultation to obtain your full medical history, followed by a 20-30 minute consultation to go through your tailored treatment plan and allow any questions you have about the protocol.
​
In your first appointment, you would have already filled out a detailed pre-health questionnaire emailed to you. This allows me to hone in and focus on the specifics and skip irrelevant information you filled out on the health form. We will sit and chat about it, analyse any pathology results, go through diet and lifestyle factors.
I'll create your tailored treatment plan for you which will be explained in the follow up consultation within a week of our initial consultation. Your treatment plan will include short-term and long-term goals, dietary recommendations, lifestyle recommendations, supplement instructions, further resources, pathology analysis and any further testing recommendations.
All information is completely confidential - just between you and me!

Please forward on any recent relevant pathology tests you have had done in the last 6 months. You can submit any pathology results here.

Nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations will be suggested to provide short and long term relief. These will be delivered right to your door.
We may also preform or request further investigations and pathology tests - such as general pathology, stool testing, heavy metal analysis. Outside testing is not included in the consultation price. Learn more about my commonly recommended and favourite pathology tests here.

Ongoing follow ups ensure accountability and support throughout your healing journey and allow for treatment plan adjustments. These are generally advised every 2-4 weeks.

Extended Initial Consultation
120 minutes + 45 minutes follow up to go through tailored treatment plan

Got a lot going on? Complicated cases will require a little extra time to thoroughly take a medical history.
Extended Consultation
60 mins

Extended consultations are required when analysing pathology results with you, from conventional and/or functional pathology. I want you to understand what is going on with your own body, so I'll share the screen with you and break down the results. From there I'll create a treatment protocol.

Return Consultation
30 mins
​
As the naturopathic treatment is progressive, treatment strategies are in-depth and must be monitored and reviewed to ensure you are receiving optimal treatment.
This session is an opportunity to fine-tune and make any changes to your individualised treatment plan.

Acute Consultation
15 mins

Need a quickie for coughs, colds, flu, hayfever or infection?
Or for current patients to organise continued care and repeat prescriptions.

Cancellation and appointment changes
Please give at least 24 hours to change or cancel your appointment time so others may use the time allocated to you and and avoid the cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours, then a cancellation fee of the normal consult fee will be applied. Rescheduling appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the consultation will be based on our discretion, and may incur 50% of the consultation fee. No shows will result in a booking forfeit of 100% of the fee.
